Refund policy

All sales are Final. This means that there will NOT be any returns, refunds, or exchanges unless contacted and told otherwise.

RETURNS

We do not accept requests for cancellations of orders or returns of items unless the item is damaged/ defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our email at Orchidstarattire@gmail.com. We do not accept damaged/ defective items after 7 days you received the order.

Please send email first with your order number included, details of the product, image of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in original packaging. If the item cannot be replaced, the purchase will be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically  be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
